6hrs in the er. Didn't even see a doctor. He was to busy gossiping with nurses while patients are waiting for hours. Completely unacceptable standards for our Healthcare system.

My experience was significantly better than at other facilities. The level of care was excellent; the staff were attentive and monitored me closely throughout. The process was also efficient and did not take as long as other emergency departments. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the friendly and hardworking nursing staff.

The staff here is exceptional, even on a very nasty snow day!!!

Worst hospital in Alberta

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with such kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find a medical team that is not only expert at what they do but also genuinely compassionate. What really stood out was how they handled my discharge. Being an older fellow in a small town, I found myself in a bit of a spot with no one available to pick me up. Without a second thought, the staff took it upon themselves to make sure I got home safely. They called Flat Ride Taxi for me, ensuring I wasn't stranded. It’s those extra acts of thoughtfulness that turn a stressful hospital visit into a positive experience.

8 hours so far wait in emergency. 2 hours in waiting room 6+ hours in exam room. After being brought to exam room only seen one nurse at begining of night shift. No Dr. in sight. Haven't hear the Dr. speaking to anyone. 26 hours since I ate last and not allowed food till after procedure. Listen to staff talk about how hungry they are. Maybe they should suffer threw there 8 hour shift with no food like there patents.

Fantastic tour of the labour and delivery unit today with hospital. The staff are very welcoming and supportive!
